Return Policy
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please call us toll free at
1-800-260-3063 to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning any product. Products sent without an RMA number will not be accepted for return.
- There are no exchanges or returns on special orders or sale items.
- Products can be returned within 10 days of delivery for an exchange or credit refund.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Products must be unused and in original condition. Any physical damage that occurs due to customer usage will not be accepted for return.
- Products must be returned with all original packaging. This includes any manuals, extra bulbs, or accessories that may have came with the product.
Upon receiving the RMA number:
- Package your product inside the box with proper packaging material.
- Place a copy of your Invoice inside the package.
- Write your RMA number on the top of the box and also on 2 sides of the box.
- Ship us your package. Beyond Bulbs does not pay the shipping costs for us to receive it. We do pay to ship it back to you (if necessary).
- Beyond Bulbs always ships back via UPS Ground, FEDEX ground, or Priority Mail..
